    What is the Woebegone Sol? It can certainly be interpreted in numerous ways, but to me, it is the woebegone indigenous human spirit within us all.

    I started writing all these songs by my old home on Lake Cle Elum in Washington and recorded them all in June at Jake Bonham's home studio in Joshua Tree.

    After more than 7 years of working on some of these songs, I am thrilled to be finally getting them out to the world. I hope these live acoustic takes overdubbed with harmonies move you as they move me.
